Hosoi’s dining area introduces Gustav Winsth’s Graphic Terrazzo concept, aligning with the restaurant’s experimental mindset and vibrant character. The space was reimagined with terrazzo tabletops mounted on donated cast iron legs.

 

The layout was developed directly in the restaurant using VR. During the first meeting the dining area was cleared and furnished digitally at a 1:1 scale, allowing the owners to walk through the empty room wearing VR glasses and experience the table arrangement before anything was built.

 

The final layout consists of nine tables in varying sizes, seating around 28–30 guests. terrazzo composition.
